Two questions about I-485 and I-765

Hello everyone!

I am about to send I-485 and I-765 and I am not sure how to answer to 2 questions. In I-485 and in I-765 there is a question about my current USCIS status and my situation looks like this: I got married to a USC in January, a few days before my I-94 expired and we managed to send I-130 before that expiration date (unfortunately without I-485 and I-765 - we were misinformed). Just now they approved that I-130 so we can send the rest of the forms, so what is my current status? Out of status? or Pending? What should I write there?

And the second question is about nonimmigrant visa number? Where on my visa can I find this number? Is it the Control Number? Or is it a number that is printed in red? Does anyone know?

Okay, I just found out that the Nonimmigrant Visa Number is the one in red, but I am still not sure about the current USCIS status. I guess right now my status would be called "out of status". Tell me if that's what I should write, please.

Unfortunately you were misinformed about that too, you could have sent the AOS forms in before the I-130 was approved.
