Two Perm Applications applied by seperate employers

Hi,

My current employer has already applied for labor certification and now due to some personal problems I might need to transfer my H1 to a different employer who are also ready to do my GC process. If both of them have applied for labor, does it affect my in any way. Can anyone give me some advice on what I should do if I opt to change my job?

I am looking for employers who can file LC under PERM.I have H1 3 Years ext after 140 approval.Can you send me details of employers.
