My employer has decided to use one additional name besides the old name.
Will it affect the I-485 processing adversely? The employment letter has been in the letterhead of the new name.However along with the application a copy of the state/county\'s approval to "use both names as legal name" has been sent.
The tax-ID has not changed. All the existing correspondance are still done with the old name ( along with the new one) Will this require an I-140 redo ? please advise.....
