Two more approvals

After a month I scanned the worksheet for receipt number range from SRC0202961000 - SRC0202962500 and found two case were approved on November 7th.

SRC0202961220 - FP on 11/14/2002 - AP on 11/07/2003

SRC0202961168 - FP on 04/21/2003 - AP on 11/07/2003.
