Hi guys,
I saw two LUDs on my and spouse's I-485 on 02/04/08 and 02/05/08. These are the latest LUDs after the two FP LUDs last May. Per Infopass last November, I was pending name check.
Any other folks got LUDs this past week ?
What could be the reason for these LUDs ? Is it because of the latest breaking news that USCIS will not hold up applications if name check is pending more than 180 days ?
I want to hope for good news but given that all of EB-2 India is "U", approval seems unlikely.
