I filed my RIR LC in TX with PD of April 2002. I was then converted to Regular because my Lawyer could not respond to RFE on time.
It is still pending.
Then I filed my PERM LC in May 2005 and it is approved now. My lawyer is going to file I-140 using PERM Approved LC.
After filing I-140 can I want to persue my regular LC and try to convert it to PERM (as both PERM and Regular has different job descriptions and wages) and then once approved, can I file I-140 again as this LC has earlier PD?
Your answers will help me a lot to make decision.
