Hi Guys,
One company has filed my I140/EAD/I485/Adv Parole using a pre-approved labor with VSC. Since i am concerned this being a pre approved labor whether my I485 will be approved or not i am thinking of filing for a new labor from VSC since it is taking relatively less time here. Will i have any problems with these two filings at the same time?
