Need help from the forum....
My employer has filed I 140 / I 485 and other related forms against a Labor substitute last month from NJ.
To be on the safer side my labor ad was running from MN (by the same employer) and now my lawyer wants to file for my labor from MN.
In my case, for each of the cases the lawyers are different.
Is it safe to apply for the new labor deom MN, while the former process is also ongoing from NJ/Vermont?
