two interview letters

I got two interview letters from INS, they are the same except the notice date ( which is different ).

First one came in from NSC and ask me to go for interview in local INS.

After 7 days, I got another same interview letter from local INC asking me for interview.

What does this mean? Anyone has the same experience before? Thanks.

i would say the iv from ur local d.o is more accurate,however u might want to go to uscis on ur first interview date just in case.
when there is a lot of work load or if i io goes on vacation the io does not have a option but to postpone ur interview

In two letters, the interview date scheduled is the same. They sent out same letter twice, one from NSC, one from local INS, do you think they are so responsible?

I would not worry about it at all. Just do your interview and get it over with. All the best.
