Hi everyone,
I applied for GC and currently in I485 through sponsor company A, which I want to join after stamping.I will not be able to provide any paystubs or w-2s for my sponsor company in case of an RFE. Only proof I can show is an offer letter from my sponsor. I am very much worried that this might cause
a denial as I\'m very close to six years.
Luckily I have my I140 approved recently through my current employer (current status H1) and as dates have become current for EB3 I have the option of applying for CP. I received the packet-3, but I am very much hesitant on sending it as it might abandon my I485 application, as indicated by Rajiv khanna on this board.
I might get an RFE, if not an approval next month or so if my I485 goes through.
Guys please help me. What are my options ??
1) Can I apply for CP because its through a different company than my I485 ?
2)Applying for CP can revoke my I485?
3) Can I apply for I485 instead of CP, eventhough I opted for CP on my I140.? If so can apply for two I485\'s??
Is it true that applying for a second I485 will automaticaly revoke the prevoiusly applied I485?
Gurus, Please help me in choosing the right path for acheiving my GC dream.
