two I-485

My I-485 has been pending since 2011 (my company sponsored me to apply for green card in EB2 category). Recently my wife has applied for green card through national interest, EB2.

Since, I want to change my company; shall I send a new I-485 form with my wife’s application?
In that case, will I get a new EAD card that I can use to work for another company?

You can file a new I-485 based on your wife's application (if her priority date is current for EB2), and then you would have two I-485s pending at the same time, which is OK if they're based on different employers or relatives. With two pending I-485s you can get the green card based on whichever one progresses to completion first. Given that both of your applications are in EB2, your own I-485 is likely to be approved much sooner than the one based on your wife's application, so it would be wasteful to abandon your own case and pursue the green card as a derivative to your wife's case.

And yes you can apply for a new EAD with the new I-485. But you can change jobs with your existing EAD and still keep your own green card process alive, as long as the job change meets the AC21 "same or similar" criteria.
