Hello every body.
I filed my ist i-485 in august 2002 .This was spouse based. Had my ist interview in April 2003 but it, was not adjuted at that time due to insufficient income, then i moved from ma to new york and had 2nd interview in Sept 2005 and officer gave 10 days to submit some documents including divorce decrre from old marriage, my wife lost one while we were moving and case was denied and Ed was terminated and I lost my Job. I filed the motion to reopen after getting the lost document and also filed the new case.The mottion was approved in Jan 2006 , i GOT EMAIL BUT NO APPROVAL NOTICE CAME BY MAIL.I called california center where my motion was transfered , and got an other email that they have mailed more information about my case and if I do,t get it , call them back in 30 days, this was on Feb 1, 2006.
Mwanwhile I got interim EADfrom new york on Feb 3, 2006 as my new case was pending for more than 90 days.
In dec I got email about my new I-485 which says the schedule interview has been cancelled, the truth is, it was never schedule,

motion approved jan 17, 2006 got email but no mail, still waiting
feb 1, 2006 call 1-800 , transfer to california center, mailing address was confirmed by ins officer, same day got 2nd email which says on my request additional information has been mailed, if I do,t get it in 30- days, call back.

feb 02, 2006 interim EAD from federal plaza
FEB 9, 2006 LUD change for i-765 but no change in message
