Dear all,
I appreciate your kind advice in advance.
My previous employer (Company A) did concurent filing of EB1-OR for me in 2002. Then I was laid off three months later. One month before I was laid off, I did a concurent filing of EB1-EA.
After being laid off, I went to work for Company B (on transfered H1) with similar job function. Company B then filed a EB1-OR (just I140) for me in 2003.
Last week, the BCIS on-line system says my first two I-140 were approved (EB1-OR of Company A and EB1-EA self petition). Will there be a problem for my GC progess with the fact that I filed two I-485 and three I140? What action shall I take?
Another question is that: My wife was on F-1 when we filed the two I485, and she started work on H1 in 2003. Is there a problem?
Thank you very much for taking time to read my case.
