Maybe my case is common for the self petitioner.
I sent out EB1A and NIW based I-140 at the same day in July 2002. I-485 was applied in August 2002 with the receipt of NIW. In October, NIW was approved and EB1A got RFE. I withdrew EB1A immediately. Is there any risk of my I-485? Is there anything I need do to inform BCIS the approval of one I-140?
I was lucky that I filed I-485 based on NIW not EB1A.
