1. I have a LC pending in BEC Priority Date Jan 2002 (No update) this is through my Present employer.
2. I got LC approval for a future Job at another company (PD August 2005).
QUESTION: IS IT LEGALLY POSSIBLE TO HAVE TWO I-140 through 2 different company.
If I apply I-140 now through the company which I got LC approval. and
Later on when I get LC approval for my current job, CAN I apply I-140 for that one as well. In both cases I will not be able to apply I-485 at this time because of visa number.
