My situation is this:
I applied for I-140 & I-485 through NIW in November 2006. I got an EAD, and will start working soon.
My next employer will sponsor me, so I will file PERM and then another I-140.
Can I leave him 6 months after my original I-485, and still link it to the employer sponsored I-140?
