two I-140 petitions, advice pls

One got approved (EB2-NIW), one got RFE (EB11). Can I just withdraw the second one? Is there any negative effect on my I-485 petition? Is it worth to deal with RFE? Thanks.

I'd send a response stating that the I-140 has become redundant and therefor you request INS to cancel the I-140 petition.
