I applied for LC(EB2) from a company and when it was pending at BEC, I applied for another LC(EB2) under PERM and got approved tha one,then filed the I-140 and that too got approved. Based on thisI-140, I extended my H1 for 3 years.
Today, My LC in the BEC got approved, I would like to get the prirority date of the old LC. (December 2004)
Can I refile my I-140 and get the priority date? Anybody gone through such situations? I am already having an I-140 from the same company.
