Two I 130 filed for son

My son came to US on a K4 visa. I filed an I 130 for him when I got my green card. After my divorce, I remarried again to a US citizen and He filed an I 130 and I 485 for my son. The I 130 I filed has been approved but there is no visa number. The other petitions are still pending. Do I need to withdraw the I 130 I filed or do I wait for the outcomes of the petitions filed by my spouse? Any advice? Thanks

It is acceptable to have multiple I-130s for the same person, as long as they were filed by different petitioners. Then the green card can be granted using whichever one progresses to completion first. So there is no need to withdraw the old I-130, and if the visa number becomes available while the existing I-485 is pending you can file another I-485 for him based on your I-130.
