I got a situation. I work as Researcher in University.
I am on H4 and will be in that status till Sep 30th.
I have my H1 approved and not joined yet. This employer is not a nice person to work with and people leave within short time. This employment starts in October.
One other employer who also interviewed me at the same time also offered me position and wants to process my Visa. He also wants the start date September or october (my choice).
My question is can I do H1 processing for another job with employer 2 though I have one H1 approved but not joined yet.
Does this employer (with my H1 approved with him) will object me and disturb my situation? Can I tell him that I have a better offer and dont want to join him in october?
What is the best way to deal this.
