Few people seem to know about the concurrent h1b option. It is not a transfer and you basically can have two separate and concurrent h1b visas and work for two different employers at the same time.
Let's say I am in this situation: two h1b visas approved, one full-time for company A and one concurrent part-time for company B.
So my question is simple:
Let's say I lose job A, the full-time one. Can I continue working part-time for the company B (part-time one) and keep my status?
If I lose one of my H1B visas do I have to do anything or just stick to the other one for the remaining period?
