two H1B extension

Hi,
Any reason why we cannot file two h1b extension from the same company for the same job requisition. One of my previous application was filed through the normal process and it being questioned now and possibility of approving that application not being so great. So is it possible to file another application through premium processing for the same job from the same company while the other application is on pending and got struck with a strange officer.

U can change the existing application to premium process. No need for a seperate application.
