I have two Approved H1 petition -- one through my current Employer (A) and one through a prospective employer (B). My current employer (A) already got my H1 stamped and want me to travel on an assignment. Rather then waiting for the second H1 stamping (for new employer) , I prefer to travel now.
Question, after reaching US, if I want to switch to the new employer (B), do I need to transfer my H1 or can I start working for them based on the Approved H1 petition? Do I need to return to India to get a new visa stamping ?
