Hi all,
For the last five years,me and my wife have been living at two addresses. The first one is our sponsor's address and this is the address USCIS have. The second address is the one we have been living at 70% of the time.We did that because it is right next to the restaurant we have been working for.We have been paying rent only for the second address and our driver's licences are with this(second) address.
Basically we were reachable at the both addresses!!!
We are going to file N-400 soon, and do not know if we should write both addresses in the form.
Should we file AR-11 with the second address now(five years later) or not???
Did anybody else had the same situation with two different addresses at the same time???
Thanks in advance.
Best regards

you should file N-400 with the address that you are currently living at .......... also you mentioned that your DL has 2nd address on it........so you should just notify that second address in your N-400 as well as file AR-11 with USCIS for 2nd address

Write your primary address in part 4 of the N-400. That would be the address where you live 70% of the time and pay rent for it and have your driver's licenses connected to it.

However, in the section where it asks for address history, you would also include the other address.

Before you file N-400, file AR-11 to give USCIS your "70% of the time" address if you haven't already done that.

address outside the USA

Thank you guys.
In the N-400 instructions it says:"Write every address where you have lived during the last five years(including in other countries)."
I have been outside the USA for 5 months every year.I traveled a lot but most of the time I was spending in my native coutry.Should I provide USCIS with the addresses where I stayed in my country???
Thanks in advance.
Best Regards
