I have two approved I-140, one pending I-485. See my signature below:
What options do I have? Since my I-140 EB3 priority date is 07/15/2003, will my I-140 EB1 priority date take that date as priority date, so I can file I-485 for EB1 soon? Or I have to wait untill EB1 Visa date becomes to 10/30/2005, that's when I can file I-485 for EB1?
