Hi:

I moved out of california in 2005 to TX. I filed AR-11 using the TX address. However, I didnot move my car at that time and it was still at a friend's place in CA.

Now, I am working in MO (and living there temporarily) and bringing my car (currently registered in CA) to MO. I am still maintaining my TX address though.

Should I file AR-11 with the MO address?

Does INS look at vehicle info/driver's license info at at any stage of GC?

Should I change the license plate to MO and also change my Driver's license to MO? FYI - to get MO insurance, I need to have MO License plate #. I dont know if its OK to continue with CA license...and run into an accident in MO.

I'm not sure about INS but I strongly advise you to keep EVERYTHING up to date. At the very least you'll get a ticket if you get pulled over.
Remember, never play games with the USCIS. Laziness can be terribly costly. How much of an effort is it to send a letter and get new licenses?
Better safe than sorry. Make sure that you're following ALL laws.
For example not updating your license within 10 days of moving is an offense.
Just do it. Whether or not it'll affect you is another thing.
The laziness simply isn't worth it.
