Two A# for my approved I140 and pending 485

Submitted 485 on July 3, 2007. Got 485 receipt just one day before I140 approved notice and found two different A#.

FP, EAD, AP have the same A# as I485.

I called 1800 number but the officer suggested to go infopass. Too far away from my place. Any suggestions?

No problem, DO not worry about that. It is difficult to match due to the heavy volumes of applications.
 
My A# on the I-485 receipt is also different from my A# on my approved I-140.
I don't even know that they could or need to be the same. I of course did provide my I-140 receipt number on my I-485. But I didn't provide the A# on my I-485 application form as at that time I didn't get any A#. The approval of my I-140 came later.
