Two 485s simultaneously at VSC - Is it Possible ????? PLEASE HELP !!!

Can you have more than one 485 appl on your behalf at the same time in the same service center. My 485 was recd by VSC on June29th. But my priority date got current only on July 1st. Though I recd my EAD/AP/FP, to be extremely safe, my lawyer is refiling 485 without withdrawing the current one. Can anyone please tell me if this is going to be OK ??? Thanks in advance !!!

Change the Attorney

INS may reject both of them as per my Attorney. When I asked for filing second AOS where my wife is Primary applicant(In the first one I was the primary applicant) my Attorney advised against it. How ever Sheela Murthy says it is OK if you file under two different categories(One EB3 and the othr EB2). But my Attorney says it is against the guidelines and INS may,not necessarily, reject both of them. I did not want to take a chance and I did not file the second one

Not only can your data not been imputed to INS data base, but also you block the other applications. So, just one.
