Two 2FP Notices and approval

I received two 2FP. One Scheduled for 10/05/04 and the other for 10/08/04

I did Early Fp in Buffalo using the 10/08/2004 Notice.

I have seen a few posts where People say that you should use both the FP notices and do two Finger prints and that it seems to trigger approal.

Has anyone done that and got approved?

We got FP2 within 7 months from FP1. The local office refused to do our FP, and claimed that was an error. The FP is valid for 15 monts.
 
2nd FP2 done in 8 minutes

I had done my FP1 in January 2003. so It had expired.

Received 2 notices for FP2 for self scheduled for 10/05/2004 and 10/08/2004

wife's FP2 was scheduled for yet another date 10/27/2004.

Me and My wife did the Early FP2 on 09/22/2004. I used the notice with the scheduled date of 10/08/2004

My Wife's LUD changed and the message was changed to FP2 Recived on 9/27/2002. While my message and LUD remained the same. So I decided to use the extra FP2 notice to do another FP

I just Came back from doing my 2nd FP2 in ASC Buffalo, NY

I entered the Building at 2:01 PM (FP2 Scheduled at 2:00) Went through Security, filled out the Paperwork, got my Finger prints done and out at 2:09 PM. PrettyAmazing

I gave my notice to the person while filling out the Paperwork and I heard her commenting to her c- worker about thelLast appointmnet being at 9:00 AM and having a 5 hour between the two FP appointment.

and we wonder why USCIS is still processing Cases from 2002.
 
LUD Change After the SECOND FP2

I did the second FP2 yesterday. First FP2 Done on 9/21 and there was and LUD for both me and my wife late Yesterday. The message remains the same. before this, the LUD and the message only changed for my wife even though we did every together

8/24 address change for both Her LUD and message changed, mine did not

09/23 FP2 for Both Her LUD and message changed, mine did not



But now when I did 2nd FP2 there was an LUD chnage for both of us

I hope it is a good sign.

Did you hear anything from USCIS lately? I just did my early FP2 in Buffalo office yesterday. Yes, it was almost no one in the line got in and out very fast. Hope your approvals are on their way soon.
