Gurus please help..
I have one EB3 labor approved from May2002 and one EB2 PERM applied in 1Oct 2005 from the same employer. We should hear something about perm anytime.
Q1. Now, can I file 140 for both labor certs? As I’m from India and 485 dates has been retrogressed for both eb2 and eb3.
Q2. If not than should I file for May 2002 EB3 or Oct 2005 EB2?
My lawyer says I can file two 140 from same employer but I’m skeptical on that.
