I have 2 unused bank fee receipts. I was travelling out of the country
and my lawyer insisted that I needed a visa to come back.I had just
taken up canadian citizenship and wasn't sure if I really needed a visa
stamp but decided to take an appointment. When I went for the interview,
I was told I did not require a H1 visa stamp on my passport to travel.
They said they could not refund the fees but it could be used by someone
else requiring a visa.
I am located in NJ. If anybody is travelling to toronto from in and
