He updtaed his information on Rupnet yesterday.
Approval date 19th Feb.
RFE reply rec'd on october 10th.

My RD was sept 4 th (EB2). I got approved on 31st Jan. I had an RFE for I-20, @ year Tax returns, school (EAD), EAD(I-485) xerox copies.

If your law firm has a INS liason then it might help you to get information about where your file is.

I understand your worry. You will soon be approved.

Good news!!! Glad to hear of an early Sep RD approval. I'm optimistically hoping for an Aug/Sep RD house keeping approval wave. Need to be freed of this crap, pun intended!!!

My lawyer I asked her to check up on our cases more than a week back I am yet waiting to hear from her. She just refers online and says it's not approved.
These lawyers are usless i tell you.
