tts appointment reconfirmation

Hi All,
My parents have an appointment for visaitir visa this month. Unfortunately their passport number (FIrst letter is Z but i entered it as 2) is enterd wrong by mistake in tts visa appointment. Can we change this? Can they go with the consulate with the existing appointment and explain them at consulate????

Also Do I need to re-confirm their tts visa appointment? I could see new link 'Reconfirmation' in tts website. Please adivse..

yes we can get the change rectified at the consulate on the date of the interview. You should reconfirm their appointment using teh new link. menakarajendran@yahoo.co.in
