Got an email from USCIS that my wife's 485 case has been issued an RFE. We suspect it is medical related (she didnot do the TB test because of a new born). I am waiting for the RFE details, but wanted to prepared, should we go ahead and schedule a TB test. What else was required under similar cases?
What is the typical turn around time after submitting the RFE related documents for USCIS to adjudicate?
My 485 has not been touched

For my wife medical turn around time was pretty quick. We send back medical and after 2 days message changed on website stating response received and after two days we received email that case has been approved. So i guess if primary is approved and there is medical rfe for dependent then its pretty quick.
 
Thanks TSC.. I got my 485 approval yesterday so I hope after we see the RFE and respond my wife also has a quick approval.
 
Update

We got the Medical RFE and provided the TB test results. On Oct 14, TSC recieved it, on Oct 18th the case was touched again, but no motion since.
Will keep you updated.
Incidentally I got my plastic card mailed out on 19th so it was quite quick.
