What is the best time to scan ?

What is the time, I can assume TSC is done with day's activity and update of web site ?

I scanned one sheet 10 min back - no change since yesterday
 
I think they update it during the day as well.
Usually the best time would be after 7 pm. I don't know where their server resides, probably pacific time zone 5pm, it gets updated.

have u been able to figure out how to upload an attachment.
when you are writing a reply, there is OPTIONS and then ATTCh FILE below it.
Use that to upload the file.

Tell me - which file you want me to upload - the complete file or part of it or just one sheet.

Please tell me baby steps. I can scan few sheets later at night.

It can be any time. I have a script to check my own status of EADs, APS and I-485s every hour and based on the results in the past few months, the database may be updated any time. Below are the times of my status changes: (within the hour prior to the times)

3PM, 4PM, 7PM, 8PM, 9PM and 1AM! (all EST)
 
I would suspect that the website uses a seperate database for security reason. They run some automatic jobs to update the database with new information from other more secure network locations periodically during weekdays.
