TSC Waiting ???????

Trying to make head and tail of TSC sluggish behavior…

I have read somewhere in the forum that NSC was waiting for VISA numbers from DOS and hence were not able to process applications in the beginning of this month. They are on the roll once they received it. I suspect it might be the case.

OR

They might be busy entering the transferred cases into their system. Because one of my friend call TSC regarding his transferred case, and was told that they don’t have the case entered into their system. They are updating their system with transferred applications.

yes....i spoke to IO at TSC this morning...she said the case is not in TSC system yet, they are in process of downloading into TSC system..it takes time. also she mentioned that they need to download info from FBI system too.

then I raised my concern that how infopass people told me "file is in transit to IO", it was in last week..BUT TSC IO said, "that is not true I don't see anything here, infopass people does not have more acccess than me so it is not assigned to anyone here and might be file is store room...we will take some time..sorry for waiting"

I received mail from senator that my name is still pending. Attached was the email from FBI sent to senators office about my status, but the email address/fax/phone were blacked out.

I believe, starting next month we will see lot of TSC approvals. Perhaps, they will have fresh visa quota from DOS.... just a thought.
