TSC Wait time is going to be 60 months!

Unbelievable but look like it is going to be that way unless TSC does something about it. All I am trying to do is simple extrapolation.

The current date is 12/01/00. This date has been in place for the third month. Earlier the date 11/01/00 was stuck for more than three months. The date 10/01/00 was stuck for more than 3 months.

If TSC moves date by a MONTH every three to four months then basically it will take more time to catch up. My RD is May 01. At this rate, it will take 10 to 12 months before I get approval. For those who have filed in 2002 can add 24 more months. In the same proportion, those who are filing now can expect a wait time of 60 months.

I would suggest TSC tying up with some Insurance Agency, so that we can all take Death Insurance. If I die before my 485 is adjudicated, the state/insurance company pays be 5 Million $ or something like that. That will reduce stress on everybody. An elephant alive or dead still is worth 1000 gold-coins. So goes a proverb in my country. Likewise even if we should get our GC or not we should be worth something. And this way many folks can start celebrating the delays in 485. I will be happy if the insurance is available and the processing time shifts to say 90 more months. Lazy bums of TSC and BCIS.
