TSC vs CSC

Can you guys share your experience, suggestion on where to file 485
- Home in CA, Company in GA
- 140 Approved in TSC

Looks like Lawyer sent papers to TSC. What will happen.
- Will TSC will process or send it immediately to CSC (if wrong)
- Will have to wait for 10-12 months to find out whether they will process or send to CSC.

Pls reply. Certainly appreciate your feedback.
