You May Recall That I Sent My Medical And G-325a On Express Mail ,which Was Delivered On 09-30-05.cis Did Not Update Or Confirm Getting It.i Re-sent Copies On 10-31-05 And Cis Confirmed Getting My Rfie On 11-03-05.i Don't Know If They Found My Original Response Or Not.

I have exactly the same situation as you. After I re-submitted my RFI, my online status changed yesterday ( they acknowledged they got it ). Not sure about the first one.
 
Hi !!! I have the same problem. I sent my documents on Octuber 1st and I didn't receive the confirmation. Do you think that is better if I send the documents again? I applied for the residence in May 02. thanks for your help. :confused:

send copies with proof of delivery of your first response.

Not sure. But at least they can not say we didn't respond to their RFI. The worst situation will be they send you RFE requesting "original".
 
Same thing happened to me.
I submitted my RFI via express mail on 10/6/05 but the package got lost in transit.
I prepared another RFI and submitted on 10/14/05 and uscis received it on 9/18/05 my status was updated on 10/20/05 that the RFI was received and on 10/26/05 got updated again stating the same thing.
why would this happen since was once updated ?
