TSC started the approval mayhem and now NSC is doing thesame
where as TSC is sleeping!!

I think you are the oldest 485 ND guy for the EB2... Man!!!!! You should start contacting FL/VP/President/Senator if you havent..

sleeping at the wheel? may be they have stopped to taste the delicious masala dosa....I heard that they are frenetically working on accepting the new en masse 485 apps. some of my friends told me that they are getting Receipt notices for their 485 apps...looks like they have shifted gears and not sleeping at the wheel. hopefully they will soon shift the gear back on us.

5 EAD's and AP's. Applied for the 6th for both.

3rd F.P : 5/8/07

VSC to TSC : 2/24/07

tsc has been approving random eb-3's..
however not much on the eb-2 or eb-1 transfer cases
i think they will look at the cases in bulk and approvals might come in chunks
