TSC - Shock?

Called TSC last friday and the representative looked at my wife's case and said it is a seperate 485 (not derivative tied to the primary's case). Has something gone wrong.

Is it possible for the primary to get approved without derivative getting approved or viceversa??

I remember there was an option when you called where you can talk to them if the primary and derivative applications got seperated...

The same thing happened to my sons case and you could have a problem, trouble is you never quite know.

If they review wife case before your case is approved they may deny wife case. Were both cases filed in the same pack?


The TSC adjudicated my sons case (beneficiary) before approving the petitioner (my husband) as petitioners case is still pending sons case came back denied. Then sons case got lost


So you could have problems, what does your attorney say? If you do not have attorney would recommend this sites owner
