TSC response: File is with Officer

Do you think I may trust last statement from TSC? I have made several inquiries,visited Miami local office several times because I was afraid my case would habe been lost. Texas txed case to Miami on 05/10/2004 but it never got there. That was the start of my ordeal. Miami telling me file is not here in Miami. Texas sent me letter file is in Miami? :eek:
Last week I got to speak to Imm. Officer Texas service center,she told me she was going to email supervisor .LUD never changed. I called back today and spoke with another TSC Imm Officer and after looking thur several screens(my guess) she told me your case is here in Texas at an Officer's desk. You have to give time to the officer. Should I believe it? If it were true,how long would it take to an officer to adjudicate a case? She did a lot of research and put me on hold until she came back and told me that. I asked her if I needed to call the 800 number again and that was when she told me not to call and to give time to officer??? :confused: Help!!!! My case is not that old ,I just wanted to be sure It was not lost. Thanks!
 
Be Hopeful, to support what u were told by them, recently events shared that they were (TSC) somehow asked to make 'U' turn after sending bulk of transfers specialy to miami area from Texas. check member 'Sara7??' example his case were also recalled.

Check the immigration update section where u will find the doc from USCIS guidelne they recently revised their policies who should be transfered to local office.

But for ur own peace in mind.... call again next week. and don't mention what u learned last week. let them let you know the current status. if match. than don't call again and again... be patient and wait.

I really thank you for your response. Today is my birthday and even when my case is not that old,I feel very depressed and frustrated the way TSC handles cases. I hope I can get approval soon. I wish you all the same.

I think you are back @ TSC

Andrews,

I am pretty sure you are back at TSC like me. Last year they sent several cases to Miami by mistake or purposely to reduce backlog. They have now recalled some of them. Lets hope both of us get approved soon.

I have noticed you are very patiently waiting for your I-140 approval. I wonder since it well passed the dates published by UCIS, did you try with your senator or anyone? I know some guys in this forum did have success contacting the senators. BTW, what is AILA inquiry? Is it just a call by your attorney or something more?

Thanks a lot for your warm wishes! :) You made my day better and I hope we all get green card soon!!!!! I am becoming crazy checking LUD three to four times a day. No changed. This is drving me crazy. I just think about all those 2002 cases not yet ajudicated. Life may be really unfair! Let keep HOPE alive! Thanks again. :cool:

Since my case was transferred by mistake I spent most of my energy in the past few months making sure that the case is back in TSC. Now that is it in TSC and I have completed my FP I have started to look into why my 140 has not been approved. My laywer has called and placed an inquiry with TSC. I will wait for 2-3 weeks and will then get in touch with a senator or congressman. A lot of people have gotten approved 2-3 months after FP and I am hoping the same happens in my case. They might be holding of on my 140 so as to approve the 485 and 140 close together. These are just speculations. Lets see what happens.

What are your case details?

I believe ppl filed in Nov-02 are waiting...
I beleive you filed in Nov-03 and even ur FP has done, and its also good indication that case resumend, not 'pending to review'. so its mean ur file is just waiting the turn....

Be hopeful and wait....... TSC is unpredictable... :D

I know there are 2002 filers still waiting but also there are 2003 and even 2004 filers approved :confused: isn't it frustrating?
