TSC REF cases of I-140.....

I got RFE on 6/1 on I-140 (EB3) and replied on 8/21(reached - AVM) for company financial statement. I am one of the victem with long delay in TSC is suffering. Any idea how much time now-a-days they are taking for this type of cases to clear. Thanks for ur help.

You should be the next approved

Haven't seen your name for a long time. TSC is crazy in processing cases. Some takes a round a year and some take only a few months. One guy with same ND as mine 04/16/02 got approved last month. A ND 5/23/ got approved also. Mine is still pending. I would sugget you manage to call during office hour to talk to an IIO.

longwait i remember that i had answered to ur RFE question long time back .... still no approval .... THIS SUCKS ....

I hope u get it soon .... what are u opting for AOS or CP?
 
Hi Longwait and Skinnygit

It is really sad to know that you people are also waiting for your approval for more than a year like me. Hopefully we all are victim of a laziest, sadist, racist officer. If you see 2001 July, September and Febuary cases, you can see a lot of RFE's and very long delays in approval.

My(ND :July 2001) RFE papers were received by TSC on June 14, 2002 and On August 07 th, I got reply from senator that my case was undergoing Background Check. Almost two months are over and No news. I have filed my I-485 concurrently.

I know about this Officer and till we contact Senator/
Congressman, this officer is not going to touch our case. The main thing which I don't understand is What this officer's supervisor is doing? May be both are of same type.

One RFE case was approved on Sept 12, 2002. ND was September 12,2001(Exactly One Year) and RFE papers were received by TSC on May 27,2002. May be this gives us a liitle bit of Hope. I just wanted to share this info with you all.

TSC I-140 EB3 any approvals

Are there any I-140 approvals in EB3 cases from Texas Service center? If YES, would you guys/gals, please reply with your date of filling, notice date and approval date.

Processing time for I-140 in TSC is mentioned as 04/15/2002.
Is this real date? Did people, who have filed before 04/15/2002, get any I-140 approvals and/or RFE?

I-140 approval

Hello I-140 Gurus,

Please let me know, if any of you, have successfully done the following kind of case.

Case: We want to file for I-140 in California Service Center using substitute labour certificate which is approved in Texas by Texas Service Center. Job location mentioned on labour certificate is Texas.

Reason: California Service Center is much faster than Texas Service Center. Also, applicant is on H1 visa residing in bayarea, California and working for a client who is also in bayarea, California. Applicant's employer's head-quarter is Houston, Texas; however employer has a branch office in Bayarea, California.

You mentioned in your post that you received a reply from senator. Does that mean you contacted senator for your I-140?
Why did you contact senator? Did it help?
Did senator do anything to expedite your I-140 processing at TSC?
