On 04/03/2002, when TSC released their processing time facts, they mentioned that they are processing I-140 submitted around 02/13/2002. This was an optimiztic news for I-485 filers as we thought the IIOs who worked on I-140, will now concentrate on I-485 cases.
I am not sure if my case was transferred to NSC ot VSC. But my I-140 which was filed in September 2001 got approved only in April 2002.

I am not so sure if I can believe the processing times TSC releases.
PS: I also filed I-485 on 11/17/2001. I already had my I-140 approved, but had to file the above mentioned case as another company bought my previous company.
