TSC {Processing TImes 12/31/04 in AILA

TSC is really working on I-140s. I hope they keep their pace the same (move by 3 months every month) :) . I know that I'm expecting too much... but hey, what's wrong in that!!!

TSC seems to be moving fast on I-140s. Hope they also accelerate the I-485s. I guess we all need to hang in there.

Though this is a good sign, there are many cases from October to December '03 which are not yet touched. I used to be very excited at the dates sometime back however now I have realized that almost 40-50% of the cases will not be approved as per the processing dates. I keep running scans on some cases in November and December and they are still untouched.

We can only take solace in the fact that now we have a right to inquire our case status.

I am waiting for the USCIS website to get updated to these dates before I call my lawyer and start a inquiry.
 
TSC dates are misleading

Hi,

Mine is 12/12/03 140 RD. No news of any approval or LUD.

There are hundreds like me.

The way TSC works may be like this.

Take all cases till 4/04 as per AILA and then take one by one cases even as old as 03/03. So the dates have no relevance.

As they say, only those who starve, know the value of hunger.

So, while guys who filed in 2004 and got approval may feel TSC is working, 80 % of cases are like me - the sufferers and those who never see any results.

Although I have allways gone perfect with processing dates right from Labor to AP etc.....I agree, sometimes these dates dont mean anything ...We will all hope for the best!!!!

Proocessing dates in USCIS website now...

Finally USCIS has updated its website with th enew processing dates so looks like we are OK to do an enquiry now....

My I 140 RD is 12/12/03
I 485 for spouse and me is 12/15/03
we both recd msgs on our I 485 that the document we made based on approval or registration of this case has been mailed directly to the person issued. BUt we havent recd anytihng in mail. IT ahs beem almsot 2 months from the msg.
Any idea wat it might mean.
 
we gto FP but before this msg was posted.And we did call them to confirm that there is no change in address.But they say to wait till 60 days and then call back.
