You are right. There seem to be some issue with USCIS website. Also, processing times page is dated Jan,13th instead of Jan,21st.

can't get to the onlince case status page.

something wrong at USCIS i presume

USCIS is displaying since yesterday evening dates as on Jan 13th 05 which moved back from Jan 21st 05. The receipt dates they are working on are mostly what they displayed on the Jan 06th 05 bulletin. So what going on???
