TSC Processing time as of 12/31/04 AILA

It is sooo good for old timers... call USCIS and ask them to make case status check.

If your 485 Date is on or before 11/05/2002 you can call , otherwise they will say you have to wait for until you cross 30 days of your 485 date.

Could somebody tell me how long I need to wait to receive a real FP notice. A TSC officer said he is going to send me FP notice the day one week ago. Thanks.

FP 12/17/ 2003

online says: FP received on 1/6/2004 and pending review. Ever since the message and date didn't change.

Called INS yesterday when official date is 7/11/2002. She told I need to do nothing except wait until processing date changes to the date after 8/2002.I think now I can call her. i have only couple of months time for FP expiration.

I believe Lets USCIS to Publish official date on their web site, than they would listen, otherwise would say that not our records shows ...

I hope its not a typo. There are hundreds who have not received even their first FP with ND/RD before this 'official' processing date.
 
It Sound strange to everyone ...... jumping July to Dec,
but if u take a look many other dates(i.e 130) has been aggressively gone far than expected, we all hope for good.

If even its Typo than let them make on their on official site. They are not responding or agreed with ur claims unless their own site is endorsing.

The I140 also advanced a lot (3 months! )
The EAD and AP less than 1 month now (was 1.5 )
 
I think I have to wait for another 15 days (i.e next update) to call them. Since my nd is 11/13/02.
