TSC Processing Time 01-03-2003

Hi POJ,

Sometimes I think you should be a writer or a cartoonist. What the hell you doing here getting screwed by TSC along with people like us?

Anyways, What does this new date means?(for me)

RD- 12/05/2002
FP- 12/22/2004.

Can I raise an inquiry now? IF I can, will it be of any use. Last thing I want at this time is getting my case transferred to Local Office and wait another 3-6 months.

The customer service center only responds to your enquiry if the date posted on the website is 30 days beyond your RD and if it has been 60 days or more since your last update. If your RD is more than 30 days behind the last posted date and if you did your fingerprinting in December, you will meet the first condition but not the second.

What is ND? u post RD? I assume it same.

according to date-difference formula one day is left to be eligiable to send inquery.

=DATEDIF("12/05/2002","01/03/2003","D") = 29 days :(

but u can call and claim. just try it what to loose?

think on this way ppl are waiting just for FP from 2002.......

u are lucky that u got FP recently, and trend shows that ppl who got FP are getting approvals withing in two months.

What else is going on? When is your RD? Are you planning to talk to Congressmen if the dates go over one month?

I don't see any other thread for Jan 03 cases as you mentioned earlier.

Me is March 03 filler and No FP yet, waitng pating for my turn. trying not to panic :D. whatever God wish, it written in Luck it will come :D.

Life goes on, everything is fine, recently new landlord asked to move, so had to move :D , after that updated add + petitions. etc etc. in first time after almost two year online LUD changed and common msg posted "we response ur concern....blah blah". after few weeks received simple letter stating why they are sending this, because of address change. atleast they confirmed. EAD was expiring but recently moving issue have no choice to wait, so filed Paper EAD on Early Dec 2004. still pending waiting for approval. even current date shows Jan 2004 for EAD that I belive end/tail of pipeline case of EAD,

I believe they have changed the trend to post end/tail of piple line cases. so I believe even they are posting Jan 2003 is end/tail of pipeline they recently jumped from July to Dec on 485. How come????? same staff same resources..... and I believe they don't have magic wind. recently ppl shared that there was bulk transfer of cases to local office even wrong local office and now they are re-calling them all.

All I can do is to pray to God to protect us to be their victim. they have no idea neither have any heart or feeling, how much ppl suffer from this. we all suffer, person to person, families to families.

Anyway be happy :D there is dawn after every long night, hope for good and everything will be fine.

I believe I should wait and be patient, there are many 2002 are waiting before me.
