Does anyone have any idea what happened to the late Feb'03 cases? None of them seems to be approved...
 
As per 3/24/04 update of TSC, they are concentrating on I485 for immediate family category. And hence delaying I140 and other applications. In next 3 months TSC will transfer some cases to Nebraska.

I've been waiting for over than 13 months now, and believe me I don't really want my case to be transferrerd to Nebraska... :)

Clearly they are working on I130 cases and I140 is almost on hold..
