TSC processing logic for Concurrent Filers

For all those who have done concurrent/semi concurrent filling in TSC, it seems that they are currently approving cases whose fingerprints were received (485 Case Status - Resumed/FP recvd) at TSC on or before 12/29/03. In particular those who have filed cases on 10/08/03, 10/09/03 and 10/16/03 and have FP received at TSC on or before 12/29/03 are the lucky ones...

This is based on the scanning excel sheet.

P.S. : 12/29/2003 is not FP date but the date by which TSC should have received the results from FBI (eg. The results of ur fp were received on 12/29/03 and processing ahs resumed on ur case... )

If your statement is correct ..

Then my RD is 10/23/2003 or after FP My 485 message shows that
on Dec 29 2003 we recd your Fp results etc..
 
According to kailashr's message, does it mean that my case is stuck with name check (I-140 && I-485 09/20/2003)? I sent fax and email to FBI in 09/30/2003, still no response yet...
 
What exactly is ur 485 message on the USCIS website?

The message for my I-485 is:
On December 1, 2003, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.

and LUD is 12/01/2003.

Since so many sept/oct/... I-140 and I-485 got approved, I am wondering my case is stuck with name check...

Any hint are welcome!
 
meaningless

I do not think that the assumption about "fingerprints received" is true. USCIS either receives fingerprints in large batches or updates the date when fingerprints were received very rarely.

My I140/I485 ND is 8/28/03 and fingerprint results were received on Dec. 29. Too many Dec. 29's, don't you think?

No RFE. Actually I was worried about "ability to pay" RFE due to the negative income reported by my company. I was making more than the proferred wages from the PD of my labor.

RFE Sep 25th2004 for 140"ability to pay " RFE ack on 20th oct2004.

RFE Sep 25th2004 for 485"Medicals" RFE ack on 20th oct2004.

You mean to say that mine is almost near to approval..
 
Kailashr - I got my FP done in Jan 04. I am a concurrent filer - I got my 140-485 Approval notice on Oct.8th and just got my passoprt stamped today - I know of others who have had FP this year and recv'd the stamping and cards as well.

So there is hope for those who have had fingerprints done this year.
